Electra Gear

Northwest Power Products is a stocking distributor and service center for Electra Gear reducers. Our shop builds, repairs, and replaces aluminum and cast-iron housings across the helical, parallel-shaft, and right-angle catalog. The Aluminum EL Series in particular is a Pacific-Northwest staple — light enough for food and beverage washdown, durable enough for wastewater and aggregate plants alike.

When a line goes down, we pull from local stock first. If a build is required, we run it through our own assembly bench rather than waiting on a factory queue. Most replacements ship same day or next day, and 72-hour emergency builds are routine for common Aluminum EL sizes.

We also keep a deep parts shelf — input shafts, output shafts, bearings, seals — to keep your existing Electra Gear units running well past their nameplate life. If you would rather have a fresh unit, we carry the most-requested ratios and frame sizes in-house.
