For decades, Foote-Jones gearboxes have run in some of the toughest plants in the Pacific Northwest — aggregate, pulp and paper, chemical, and wastewater. Northwest Power Products keeps that legacy fleet running. We strip and inspect every core, re-machine bores and shafts where needed, and rebuild to OEM specs or better.

Our shop carries the parts that age out first — bearings, seals, input and output shafts, gaskets — so a typical rebuild moves through inspection and back into service in days, not weeks. When a unit is beyond repair, we replace it with a like-for-like Foote-Jones gearbox from our stock or from the factory.
