Cleveland Gear has built worm and helical reducers for the heaviest industrial applications for over a century. Their cast-iron housings and oversized bearings make them a favorite where shock loading would shorten the life of a lighter-duty unit. Northwest Power Products keeps the most-requested Cleveland Gear sizes and ratios in our local stock, with parts on the shelf for the long-tail of older fleets running today.

When a Cleveland Gear unit comes back to our shop for service, we strip and inspect every component, replace bearings and seals on principle, re-machine where wear has compromised the fit, and rebuild to OEM spec or better. If a unit cannot be saved, we replace like-for-like from our stock or coordinate the build directly with the factory. Either path keeps your line moving.
